Housemothers
Josephine is one of NOTDEC Uganda's newest housemothers. She joined the staff in January 2018, educated to Secondary 2 level and a hard worker. Shortly after her appointment, however, she received a caution, and local Management monitored her performance closely. Fortunately, the outcome was a good one for all concerned!
Sadres too was appointed in January 2018. Educated to Secondary 4 level, she is hard worker. Before joining NOTDEC, she worked for 6 years as a school matron. But, like Josephine, she received a caution early in her time at NOTDEC, and her performance was monitored closely by NOTDEC Uganda Management. Again the outcome was a favourable one.
Housemother Jesca is Dorothy's niece. She has worked at NOTDEC Uganda since January 2008, loves the children in her care, and is a very good carer.
Florence joined NOTDEC Uganda as a housemother in February 2009.
